Preparation — The Foundation of Every Interior Paint Job

Inside House Painting — Walls, Ceilings and Trims

When it comes to painting inside your house there are often 3 things that require painting. These are walls, ceilings and trims. Each requires different paints and care. Trim is usually timber-based, so it requires specific primers and prep work to be done. Also, it is usually finished in a more glossy sheen. While walls are mostly Gib-based, with screws commonly popping or hairline cracks between joints appearing over time. This requires a different type of prep, as well as that the finish is often in a low sheen. Finally, ceilings. They are similar to walls, however more harsh with lighting, so paint application needs to be spot on, ceilings are often finished in a matt sheen, allowing them to merge and look like one big piece without reflecting much light.

There shouldn't be any; however, if some are found they will be fixed immediately before handover. Returning all furniture, etc. to its existing spots and leaving everything as it was when we arrived.
