A guarantee is only as good as the person standing behind it. As Managing Director, Abdi personally oversees every job we take on —

so when we say we back our work, it's a real commitment from the person actually running the business, not a call centre policy.

What We Guarantee

Every job comes with a written workmanship guarantee. If premature peeling, blistering, cracking, or flaking shows up because of how the job was prepared or applied, we come back and fix it at no cost to you.

It starts with prep, not paint — most failures come down to rushed groundwork, which is exactly what proper washing, scraping, sanding, and priming on every job protects you from. See our full process here.

What's Not Covered

Our guarantee is specific, not a catch-all. It doesn't cover pre-existing structural issues, extreme weather events, movement or cracking in the substrate itself (timber, plaster, or GIB), general wear over time, or changes made by someone other than our team.

If Something's Not Right

Get in touch and we'll come take a look and give you an honest answer. Workmanship issue — we fix it, no charge. Outside the guarantee — we'll explain why and talk through your options.

We carry the same standards from Wellington up to our Auckland team, and Abdi is the same person you'll speak to at the quote, during the job, and afterward if anything needs sorting — one business, one point of contact.
