Our process begins as soon as you reach out to us. Whether by contacting us through our attached phone #, or through the submission form linked in our website. Someone from our team will be in contact within 24 hours. Following our initial contact we will set up a time with you for a site visit.

A site visit is important as it allows us to see and inspect the work required. As well as that it gives you the opportunity to put a face to our name. We are proud of the business we run and love meeting and interacting with our clients. However most importantly it gives us a chance to explain in detail our process, how we will look to approach the job and answer any questions that you may have.

Following on from the site visit. Our team will send you a formal quote, detailing the work required, full-no hidden pricing. As well as our terms and payment schedule. This allows for full transparency, leaving you with no doubt and ease of mind. While we can’t guarantee our quote will always be the cheapest out there, we can guarantee our work. Built to last, not for cheap, quick fixes.

Now comes time for the most important stage. Getting down to the work itself. Our team of painting and decorating experts will work with you to get your desired outcome. Following along with our strict in house protocol. We ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. Right from the first interaction to the final coat of paint. Our team will come and go as if they had never been there. Leaving you with a beautiful fresh paint job.
final walkthrough
The final walkthrough is an important part of our process, giving you the opportunity to review the completed project with one of our team members. We take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, and your satisfaction is our priority. Should you identify anything that doesn't meet your expectations, we'll resolve it promptly and ensure every detail is completed to the standard we promise. We don't consider the job finished until you're completely satisfied with the final result.
